Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Email Buster (the "Service"), operated by Email Buster ("we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Email Buster provides a hosted SaaS platform for outbound email outreach: mailbox warmup, deliverability monitoring, sequences, tracking, and analytics. You bring your own mailboxes via SMTP/IMAP.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at security@email-buster.app of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

• You will only send to recipients who you have a legitimate business reason to contact.
• You will comply with applicable anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, ePrivacy, etc.).
• You will honour unsubscribe requests promptly and not contact suppressed addresses.
• You will not use the Service to send malicious content, phishing, or unsolicited bulk mail unrelated to your business.

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance via your selected payment method. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and is non-refundable for partial periods unless required by law.

5. Your content & data

You retain ownership of all contacts, templates, campaigns, and sending data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to operate the Service for you. See the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or in-product notice.
